As a result of us charging a small fee for parents and childminder agencies to contact other users, we have a dispute policy.

We are happy to say that our dispute policy has never been used before, but it may happen that you are not satisfied with the services that we offer. If this is truly the case, please get in touch with us through the customer service contact form so that we can find a solution together.

The customer service team at Babysits is dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible, therefore, we aim to respond to all messages within 3 working days. If you are not satisfied with the way that we have handled your query or complaint, please feel free to email us at so that we can learn from our mistakes and improve on them!

Important: Please note that this dispute policy only applies to the services provided by the Babysits platform. As we only facilitate communication between parties, our users are responsible for contacting and selecting other users themselves. Therefore, please be aware that any dissatisfaction arising from the services provided by others is not covered by our dispute policy.
